Discover the power of connection.
We are seekers
We seek answers in a continuously erratic world. We buy self help books, listen to podcasts, and try to find meaning in our life. We go on retreats, seek therapy, meditate , and exercise.
All of this is great, but we often do it alone.
We also seek connection. At our core we are social beings, while our approach to human flourishment tends to focus on venturing inward, we believe that our desire for connection and our desire for growth are related.
We believe that through connecting with others, we learn more about ourselves.
FAQs
What is the G.Y.M. Practice?
G.Y.M. stands for the Good You Materialize, a practice where we focus on and appreciate the good that we materialize daily. We pay close attention to our thoughts, words and actions , and become more intentional on how we chose to live.
We practice skills to be in a better relationship with ourself and others, turning our inner critic to a loving inner coach.
At the G.Y.M practice we dedicate time to strengthen supportive habits and cultivate healthy routines. We work through the shared and individual obstacles that hold us back. Together and in a supportive environment we explore what is blocking our path to live life with more ease.
How does it work?
Through lightly guided group work, and using a proven methodology, we apply a casual, yet structured approach to personal growth and mindfulness. We take the abstract, the hidden & overlooked and make it tangible and visible.
Our group methodology seeks to empower individuals with the knowledge that we are not alone, but are in fact are part of something greater.

“But, in the end, you can throw it all away and just make one basic, underlying decision: Do you want to be happy, or do you not want to be happy? It’s really that simple. Once you make that choice , your path through life becomes totally clear.”
