Stephanie Jalinos is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of New York. She is a lifelong advocate for social justice, personal empowerment and a devote group worker. Stephanie had the privilege and honor to be of service for over 25 years. Her knowledge and insight amplified while living abroad as an ex-pat through her own personal experience, she appreciated the powerful benefits of community engagement and group work. Stephanie supported anglophone organizations by creating programs and activities to enrich each member’s experience. Through her social support group work, she provided a safe environment to foster mutual aid, apply positive psychology skills, and give space for inspiration.
Passionate about the field of human flourishing, she obtained her certificate in Positive Psychology from the Wholebeing Institute and developed the G.Y.M. Practice.

We are a group support practice where we take care of our mental wellness and emotional health through the practice of mutual aid, positive psychology and inspiration.
